At Hamtose, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our subscription services. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. This policy aligns with Paddle's minimum refund policy as outlined in their Buyer Terms.
2. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within the first 14 days of initial subscription. After the 14-day period, refunds for partial months are generally not provided except as required by applicable law or as specified in your service agreement.
3. One-Time Projects
For one-time automation projects, refunds may be issued if the project deliverables do not meet the agreed-upon specifications and we are unable to rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Payment Processing
All refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
